Electronic Document
Management System
The product is designed to automate document-oriented business processes
EDMS
Documents are divided into types, classes and subclasses. The type of document determines its nature in the system, for example, the document can be an on-line document, a file in Word, PDF or any other. The class and subclass of the document is related to the subject area
Classification and cataloging
of information by document classes
The process of signing a document includes its signature and approval. This process is accompanied by a corresponding notification to the actors and is displayed in the document card.
SIGNATURE
Approval and adoption of the document
The task is assigned to the user to perform actions related to the creation and processing of the document. The task has its own life cycle and, within it, mechanisms for creating, assigning, monitoring and confirming the task. Tasks are cascaded into subtasks and used to plan works, decompose them and assign them to executors.
CONTROL
Documents relating tasks
The document has the body, the card and the tasks related to the actions on this document. The card contains standard information related to the document flow: author, document numbers and dates of registration, etc., list of signatories, mailing list, list of appendices to the document, history of document processing and others. Tasks determine the procedure and actions of document processing.
DOCUMENTS PROCESSING
Managing of documents
The template determinate the document’s body.
Templates are formed using the appropriate input form designer. The template is related with the document’s class.
DOCUMENTS TEMPLATES
Managing of documents templates
Documents collective editing is possible with the result displayed on-line.
Document rights (read / edit access) are granted to users by the author of the document. The rights are granted to the document section.

C4ISR
Common Operation Picture (COP) provides the collection of information and management of situations at various levels of subordination, the aggregation and generalization of situation data, the formalization of situational awareness - electronic maps, formalized documents (reports) and indicators of their combat units capabilities and others. Using electronic maps ensures automatization of putting tactical marks, according to the APP-6D standard, in point, line and area systems of coordinates WGS-84, MGRS ets.
COP
Collection of information of situations at various levels of subordination
The calculations allow to solve the information and calculation tasks that are being performed in the process of assessing the situation, planning and management of troops (such as calculate the combat potential, combat capabilities of the unit, the calculation of fire damage, etc.), visualize results and save it in format of formalized documents.
The calculations
allow to solve the information and calculation tasks
Regulations automate the processes of organizing activities of headquarters, collecting data on subordinate troops using reports, determine the order of calculations during operations planning and preparation of planning and directional documents. The regulations allow to flexibly adjust the business processes of the military command posts by combining tasks, calculations and documents.

Reports - the basis of the mechanism of data collection from subordinate structures, aggregation of these data, analysis and calculation. Reports have analytical indicators in terms of units, armaments and military equipment, material resources, time and others. A flexible indicators system allows you to extend the system's design and accounting capabilities without programming
